We've been watching the Ken Burns series, and my 16-year-old commented yesterday that toxic Prohibition is alive and well in the halls of TC Central High School. Marijuana is illegal, so the kids are buying something called Spice -- a spray-on synthetic high. What is it? Who knows. But anyone over 18 can purchase.
